DREW & CREW LTD / PRIVACY
Your information.
A clear explanation.
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Drew & Crew Ltd is responsible for the personal information it receives through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16624439. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. If you open it from a venture, it also identifies that venture. We use this information to understand your enquiry, reply and manage any resulting conversation. These fields are needed to send an enquiry through the form; submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.
Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
Why we use the information
For general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business. Where your enquiry asks us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may instead need the information to take those steps at your request.
Services involved
The form sends your name, email address, message and selected venture to Web3Forms to process the enquiry and deliver an email to Drew & Crew. Web3Forms also stores submission records. Its privacy policy states a maximum retention period of three years, unless a shorter period is configured or records are deleted earlier.
Web3Forms performs spam checks and may share submitters’ IP addresses and email addresses with its spam-prevention providers. Its infrastructure may process information outside the UK. Its linked privacy policy and data processing agreement describe these services and safeguards.
Our hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate their services, such as connection records and delivered messages. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Our email service is provided by Fasthosts. Provider infrastructure may operate in more than one country; the linked provider notices describe their handling of data.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and manage the resulting relationship. When deciding whether it is still needed, we consider whether the conversation is active, whether there is an ongoing service or agreement, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute. Web3Forms’ submission-record retention is separate from the correspondence received in our mailbox.
Browser preferences and technical information
This website does not embed analytics or advertising trackers. If you change the reduced-effects setting, your browser stores that preference locally. We do not save your contact-form message in local storage. The hosting service may process technical records for delivery and security. Web3Forms applies its own notice when processing an enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for a portable copy where that right applies. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
To make a request, use our contact form or email info@drewandcrew.com and identify it as a privacy request, or write to our registered office above. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.

Links to ventures, LinkedIn and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy terms and access requirements. This notice covers the Drew & Crew website and enquiries to the company.
